About the Event
Kristy Maguire has been practicing yoga for over 20 years, becoming a certified yoga teacher in 2007. Kristy is passionate about making the practice of yoga accessible to people of all abilities and has practiced with both children and adults in yoga studios, gyms, as well as privately in homes. In Kristy’s class, the goal is always for you to leave feeling good.
